How the ratings work:
Underrated - For something to qualify as underrated the author must either consider it to be either something that is relatively unknown or underappreciated by the mainstream public.
Rated Right - Something that at first seems either overrated or underrated but upon closer look is actually appropriately appreciated.
Overrated - Something that the author feels is either overappreciated by mainstream public or just sucks completely and no one should like.
